I would suggest watching a youtube video on the Tripod System.
Make sure the video is recent and talks about amulets since the system was changed a bit ago.

The tripod system is something you should've learned about at 1302, but I guess it's better now than never.

there is some decent horizontal stuff like maps and masterpieces you can buy from some merchants iirc but you might not have enough of the currency for it

the merchant usually stays 7hrs then there is a cooldown for a different one to come, as you go through more story stuff you will get more merchants

ok so u know gate 1 has orbs at 30x bars and 15x bars. ORBS > WEI means u do the mechanic for the first set of orbs at 30x bars and then at 15x bars everyone except raid leader runs south to avoid orbs and he will summon wei to stagger and aggro all orbs away from the group

Artist is like a bit of a learning curve but fun

Pala is easier but little boring

both are very good
