the char you wanna main is the destroyer sitting at ilv 800 yes?, you cant use the story express on him anymore, if you have a char at punika already and you got the event powerpass, just use it already, no problem, if you dont have any char at tier 3 and that destro is your only char, you CAN use story express on a 100% new fresh char, do the whole story and get freebies on the way, that new char will be 1340 at the end of the journey (STORY EXPRESS), THEN you get the powerpass and use it on your destroyer sitting at 800ilv, and then hyper express on that same destro

I have my first char which is deadeye at 1330. I was going to punikas an artist. Then a third alt with story pass.

I like the deadeye a lot. Never done support so not sure if artist would be a main. So I’m torn what to use the express pass on. Is it worth it to just save it and level up the artist/deadeye normally? Or is that a terrible time sink?

Given the two, I should use the event pass on deadeye since artist should have an easier time getting into groups?

Not sure how bad my current 1330 would be to get to where the event pass speeds you up to.

Yes. Especially if you use the Story Express on a new character. You can still get to 1340 fairly easily and quickly with the characters you already have, assuming you choose one as your main and do Islands to speed them through T1 and T2 content and into T3.
