explaining a few things

matchmaking for most, if not all stuff that's actually important, is region wide, not server wide

they actually killed the bot

guardian raids, abyss dungeon, abyss raid, legion raid, all of those are region wide, doesn't matter what server you are in

chaos dungeon you should always do solo tho, never do in a group unless its with friends

the stuff that's server wide only is guilds, compass/world bosses and islands

and probably 1-2 more things but not important

i believe the problem you're facing is that you cant find people to party with early in the game, and you only see bots running around, that's kinda normal by now (sadly), as every early game content is actually beyond salvation, its a desert, no one does those anymore (story dungeons, guardian raids, chaos dungeon <do these solo>)

people just rush to the start of the endgame instead, since we have quite some ways of rushing thru, be it events or one time completion rewards per roster or char

Thats right. On the alt+J, unas screen, once you do the task once it will grey out the heart showing that you can't earn any more rep for it that day.
You can repeat them as many times as you want for the specific reward(eg leaps), but rep will only increase 1 time per day.
