It vastly depends on how many alts you have/play regularly, can be anywhere from 1 to just about as many hours as you have in a day to spend, it's just about finding a happy middle ground. I have 1 of each character (so like 21 rn) but I reduced my daily chores on the ones outside of my top 6 to just lopangs (3 mins per char) and chaoses whenever I feel like it, so I only chose to spend like 3-4 hours on my daily commitment where I could easily spend 10+

Most people settle in for 6 characters since that's the gold making limit, which also allows you to do more raids each week to help learn better and progress your account faster. Lost Ark is very slow to progress in without alts unfortunately.

literally run 2x chaos dungeon only to tier 2 since t1 leapstones cost next to nothing, then at t2 I might ask a friend to come 1shot guardian raids twice with rest bonus or buy the t2 leapstones + 2x chaos dungeon and same once I'm in tier 3 or I do whatever guardian raid is a bit lower than my gear level, then depending on gear lvl I run the abyssal dungeons that give some gold + I get argos bussed (since I don't have engravings on alts) and once they reach valtan / vykas gear I'll get those bussed as well until I build the alt character. It takes some time doing the longer content once a week but the daily chaos and raid and the daily (I do the silver ones) take just a few minutes

you get your first 1340 (legendary t3) gear by running abyssal dungeons on hard mode and argos, then you can transfer your 1370 gear honing to it and it will become 1370 legendary gear. then you hone that up to 1415 and beyond so you can start getting relic gear from legion raids

Alright, well first you need to be selecting the right pass. You'll need to scroll that menu left to get to the North Vern pass and select that. It should show that its useable.

Well you could probably manage to get it unlocked pretty quickly. Otherwise if you want to just PvP then getting to the point in the story that we mentioned would be the appropriate course. Which truthfully it doesn't take much doing to get there.

If you just do Main Story Quests you can get there in a couple hours, maybe less, if you're just skipping all dialogue and cutscenes
