Optimal is to push out the courage buff at three bars as frequent as possible

And then drop heal at 1 bar when multiple people at like 50% hp

You preferably keep shields and damage reduction up enough though that you don't have to heal

2nd awakening quest is a 6~7 hours long quest line starting in feiton iirc, you have the option of doing it now or wait 2 weeks and use the punika powerpass on an alt, unlocking the quest for your whole roster (then just go to trixion and get it from there)
