i play 11 chars, the chars past 6 limit generate me gold mainly from leapstones from the extra guardian raids. If u make the effort to do your leigon raids on those chars too then u are rely on rng for accessory drops and gold book drops. I personally have gotten multiple like 50-100k acessory a few times on those said chars lol so it can be worth sometimes

Thing is, more wealth runes you have, the more skills you can use them on. The upgrade from one to the next is noticeable in my opinion, but having a whole additional rune is a large difference.

Exactly, you'll change when you go 5x3. Personally I would slowly build 5x3 right away rather than rush to 4x3. With your first couple accessories you can usually scuf together a 4x3 setup along the way

If you're okay with throwing up 30-40k gold in pheons for the bare minimum, but it gets you by than it's your call. But I would still recommend looking towards a 5x3 instead. You'll finish a low quality 4x3 and immediately start to think about how you can get stronger again

A better alternative would be to look towards a 4x3+1 or 4x3+2. Remember your build is like a resume for getting into groups. The more time invested the better your grouping experience will be. The extra +1 or +2 can go a long way. 4x3 is pretty easy to make. Adding a +1 isn't too hard

i'll be honest, going for a 4x3 if you're new if perfectly serviceable for a long time, because you will be parking your main at 1470~ at most and get your alts rolling then, looking for a soon-to-come 5x3 is quite bad, he doesn't have the resources, the alts, anything to think on going for that, and by the time he has his roster all complete, the pheons he used for the 4x3 for his main will be obtained in 1 week alone of raw gold from raiding
even more than that, due to the global reduced cost on pheons for relic acces and below
4x3 semi high quality is the way imo, if you are able to get 4x3+1 even better, but dont go too crazy
dont go for 10 quality items just because they are 100g, pheons are still there, why not a 1k accesory with like 60 or 70 qual instead

basically, people start with 1 or 2 alts just to get a feeling of the game, more gold, more silver, more mats daily, 6 chars total is "the" sweet spot due to the gold earning limit for the week, but that's not needed at all, you can manage with less, but of course your progression will be slower than if you had the full 6, if you cant be bothered with that many, play as many as you want, some play 24, some play 2, up to ya, the more alts the more mats

Once you hit 1370 you will be crafting legendary gear to hone further, you get them from 2 places, Abyss dungeon HARD mode and Argos raid.
For "Optimal" crafting, you will be getting 4 abyss dungeon pieces and 2 argos, one of the abyss pieces will be the weapon.
Abyss nets you a total of 48 materials to craft (including first time completon on both Aira's Oculus and Oreha Preveza) AND buying both chests at the end of each, you will be using 45 to craft the weapon and whatever 3 armor pieces. Dismantle the other 3 abyss mats for 3 leapstones.
Then you will do Argos raid, you only need gate 1 and buying the chest from it to craft your other 2 pieces (including first time chest), it gives you 26 Argos blood in total, and you need 24 for the 2 pieces, the rest of the argos blood (you should be getting 40 total if you ran the 3 gates, so 40-24=16) will be dismantled since they give you 2-3 great honor leapstones. 2 Argos set is more than enough, never craft 5 set coz literally no one uses that set anymore, it's useless if you dont have another persont with the opposite set to combo with in your party.
