brel is "base" 1390, but it comes to certain hone so you actually gain ilvs instead of dropping, so its around +12

just hone your legendary without a care in the world

you are not going to waste mats, you only "waste" way late into brel, but even then by that time you will know what's up, hopefully

for the meantime while you use the HP card sets you want to look out for the Lostwind Cliff cards in particular, as 12 awakenings on them will give you 7% crit rate

My setup is 2 rooms away and I'm running an optical thunderbolt cable into my room and an optical DP cable for my display. To dual boot I'd have to get up and go to my PC physically which is already a pain in the ass ~_~ cause Thunderbolt compatibility also sucks

Well, everything, I would have to begin from 0 on EUC

EUC is super populated and all servers in same region have same matchmaking / party finder. If you mean lower tier guardian raids. You can find groups for them. Also you can just ask in chat. A lot of high level players help lowbies. Those lower tier guardian raids are basically one shot for them (even for supports)

Basically something like 1370 is "new" "start" these days and 1415~1430 is new 1370.

Hence even something like deskaluda (1415 ilvl guardian raid) is basically new yoho (1370 g.raid). Full of new players doing it and undergeared alts etc.

and valtan is also full of new players/ new chars because its so easy to reach 1415 now.

what Yodaddy said. There is often express mission events which different "missions". It changes. Sometimes its like do lv1-3 guardian raids x times to get a lot of honing materials for t1-3. So you can basically powerlevel your char from zero to t3. Then from fresh t3 up to 1445 and so on. You get tons of gold and honing materials and honing books to boost success.

and also tons of engraving books and stuff like that to help you out.

Yeah. One event just ended. There is often events that help you. Pretty much almost always one event going on atleast. Now there is that anniversary event going on which gives you quite a lot of honing materials and other stuff every week.

but soon comes express missions again which will make you get up to 1445 super easily.

Yeah the honing materials isnt the problem atm, its these simple fusion materials you have to craft in your stronghold

No you use trade skills to get materials and then craft them. You can also buy em off from market if you have gold (cheaper to craft yourself most of the time though)

you have 2 recipe, one with farm material only available in the stronghold, the 2nd recipe use tradeable mats

you dont need farm at all on stronghold if you use trade skills and craft those yourself. (or buy mats and craft). Farm is worse than actively using life energy for trade skills. Its basically "lazy" way. You wont get so much for your energy used, but its super quick and easy.

also its more limited as you need to wait for next day after clearing farm so if you miss out some mats. you cant buy em.
