I would suggest rerolling off to EUC. EUW is a very, very dead region. Almost no one plays there. Up to you, but I know people with 3k hours that swapped off.
If you’re below 1490 or so, I’d get out imo.

Important note:
Almost all endgame content that you’ll be doing daily/weekly is region wide.
Some servers on EUC are lower pop, but the region is popping so it’s okay.
EUW is basically entirely dead.

If you'd like to find a static, I'd also suggest you to join an active guild that's interested in helping and supporting mokokos. Overall, just try to get to know ppl, the best way to do that is to just get into party finder, interact on discord or in guild chat, whatever you prefer.

How do the express events work?? Do they give flat amount of mats so technically you can push your main if its above 1445 … or does it kind of only work for new character until the ilvl they choose

if its lets say 1302 - 1445 pass you can only select a char under 1445 for the pass
gives mats for reaching specific ilvls and last one gave honing buff from +15 to + 17

if you had a 1442.5 char you could just select that and get all the stuff instantly but you would be missing out on the honing buff and some lower tier mats ( since they are bound and you wouldnt need them anymore)

How does ancient gear and accessories work? With it's introduction, will we be needing to just throw away our current relic gear like we did going from legendary to relic. And therefore needing to rebuild our engravings with new accessories
