Good plan, i just wouldn’t push much further on alts until your main hits at least 1415 since that’ll be a big spike in gold earned per week along with other things like endgame gearing.

Having one or two alts at 1370 will be nice for gold.

Its partially true, you get something called a powerpass as a reward and what that does is
You pick an alt character and give it that powerpass to instantly make it level 50
And you get two powerpasses when u turn level 50

Not specifically like that, no.

As Crw explained you get two power passes which are "level bumps" up to level 50 (also gives you ilvl 302 gear) but you don't get them just for hitting 50, you get one when you complete the North Vern story (this is a post level 50 story) and you get the second one after you use the first one you earned.

depends on your mvspd and team comp. raid capt boosts ~18% with 140% mvspd. you want your mspd to be about ~135-136% to get ~16% boosts equivalent to other 16% dmg engravings

This strat is called rapport bombing. You gift a certain amount of gifts to max them out before you reach their virtue check. Then you can get all rewards from max rapport without having to clear those virtues.
