If you feel like the guild does not offer what you need then yah switch guilds. If you feel like you’re getting burnt on the game just step back and take a break or do what you have time for. This game is not worth your mental health and if you keep playing without enjoying you’ll just end up hating the game.

If you don't have your first Awakening skill yet, then you probably have to do the quest line to get it first, if you haven't already done it yet. All of the classes in the game have a skill locked behind that quest line, other than your first Awakening itself. In your case, it's probably Energy Buster.
