so what you have set is:
ALL legendary and lower accs/gear is being dismantled except for the ones EXCLUDED from skill tree/favorites
ALSO being dismantled are anything outside of the first section that have dom/end/exp EXCLUDING favorites
the remainder is relic accs with swift/crit/spec OR accs with favorite engravings OR gear with marked skill trees
as well as gear that is not actually picked up, like all argos and legion raid accs because they are put directly into inventory
so the bad accs you have are from argos/legion
those are never auto dismantled

your lower alts can still be pushed to 1370
once at 1460, you get a stronghold research which when complete gives you a honing buff to 1415 for your alts

I prefer to try and wait for the third option because I see that using him early causes people to be unable to dodge spin/grab with the visual effects going on, and no matter what I'll get flamed if we don't end up being able to kill him before berserk. Mind you this is only a problem for me when most people manage to get knocked off before ghost or grabbed early.

this does assume you hit every single counter during the phase to not miss meter
but otherwise 1 thirain near the end of killing the boss is what most do
i also realize that 2 thirains isn’t possible if you balthor during the transition

There is an extreme edge case where if you get insanely lucky with RNG betrayal is good for igniter
But otherwise it’s just a chaos dungeon set

So rapport bomb. I would look up some videos on the topic. But the basic principle is, you bomb with a number of the same legendary or relic gift to get the rapport to maximum

You normally get a quest (which is virtue locked) at friendly 1
And if you do not do the quest by friendly 2 you will get locked out of doing any rapport actions
You will therefore need to bomb somewhere at friendly 1
You can only give up to 30 of any individual gift
As an example, I believe nineveh has 20k rapport in each of friendly 1/2/3

On the PF thing, just remember that everyone makes mistakes. but it’s kind of a dick move to waste peoples time. This includes joining reclear parties when you don’t know what you’re doing. If you join prog/learning parties, do also look up mechanics too. A lot of the mechanics in raids aren’t really intuitive and you kind of need a basic understanding of how stuff works or again, you’re likely to just be holding everyone else up

Er you could bomb to friendly 1, but I personally don’t see any reason to, as you’ll need to do any quests you skipped at that point anyway before you can bomb again. The early virtue checks are also not super high so should be fine. Also, if you bomb there, you’ll do the quests and dialogue and that might push you over what you aim for in friendly 1
Tldr - I would just rapport normally up to the point you intend to bomb. Maybe use some epic gifts to speed the process up

Just run double class seals and cut a random adrenaline rock so you have level 3 class and lvl 1 adrenaline. Should be good enough until 1415. At least that’s what I used to do before I bought leg books.

If your credit card was charged back then your credit card company authorized it. Try contacting them.
Though I wouldn't get your hopes up too high, companies take credit card chargebacks very seriously and 99% of the time it's a no tolerance permaban.
It's because credit card companies don't just take the money that was spent back, they also fine the company that was chargebacked. Many small games companies have literally been bankrupted by credit card fraud and chargeback

It was Steam reverting the transaction right after locking my account with reason " my account may have been accessed by someone else" which is simply not the case as described (I have mobile guard 2fa, checked login logs, I do not share my Steam acc with anybody since I am treating it like one would treat underwear, personal only)

the way I saw this on my bank - Steam has locked the amount on my credit card and the transation was ok. Suddenly I received alert on my Steam account that my account is locked due to reason mentioned above. After that I received e-mails that my purchases were refunded. Without any action on my own end. The CC is alright and I've done some other purchases with it afterwards without problems.
I made 2 LA purchases total, one amount lock on CC is now gone from my CC history but the other is still here waiting to be claimed by merchant

I'm just trying to be pragmatic. Your account probably got banned because LA received a fine from your CC due to a charge back. To revert the ban you probably need your CC to revert the fine, which means you need to contact your CC and get to the bottom of who authorized the refund
And then say, "im the owner of the CC and I didn't authorise this, please revert it"
Though that may get your in trouble with steam who knows

to get engravings you need to get the nodes ( the dots on engravings) 15 nodes gives you a lvl 3 engraving
you can get nodes from accessories equipping 2 of them where you have surge and your ability stone you rng cut it to get as many nodes as you can
before you get legendary stuff its a waste to buy anything

its just a tracker for your main/alts stuff that you can do daily/weekly, so you keep track of whatever you have done or not for the week
a lil bit of roster exp, maybe a pitiful amount of mats of whatever tier the quest is in
sometimes stuff like stat potions, skill potions, rosterwide things
