work on your alts to 1370
without a 4x3 you will barely get into any legion raids, you'll be super scuffed
but alts at 1370 are also very good due to them getting more mats and a lot more gold from argos + hard abyss
and that gold could help you get the accesories for your main

use 2x purple books for your class engrave, the other 3 engraves will come from stone + accesories

you always want to cut your stone, first of all
what you get from your stone is how you will build your accesories
a 6/6 is more than enough, the higher the better, but you can work with something a bit lower, just expect accesories to cost a bit more
after the stone, get the cheapest combination for your necklace with the highest quality possible
even if it is a +5 on an engrave you need and a dead engrave, as long as its very high qual, relics having 5/3 makes doing 4x3 very easy

Yes, but you cannot have all of them "upgraded" in your skills window. Also it is not advised to do that to all skills, you just focus on the ones you need for your build; so your raid build (which is support oriented) you would just be getting higher levels for those ones.

as for argos, you lose it when you hit 1475, you hit clown by then, and clown gives more gold, but being on ilv is kinda smoge and will be hard to get into parties, for alts to be 1430 its coz at 1415 you lose abyss dungeon gold, but get valtan gold, 2100 vs 3300, and at 1430 you get vykas, no lose, 3300+
