If you set Luterra castle as your return point you can song to it. Or you might have set up a bifrost with alt+w ? Otherwise you can go to the dock and pay some silver to get teleported there.

yes, t1 and t2 gears are tradeable on auction house. t1 usually wont sell since you get free sets from powerpass/knowledge transfer but plenty of people will buy the t2 gears since they are gated by chaos dungeon otherwise. i used to be able to consistently sell each gear piece on alts for like 45-100g back when i had alts in t2 a week ago. bear in mind the 20 item listing limit per day though

in matchmaking it usually takes me 3-15 min to find a party, in party finder you usually wont find any parties made specifically for ark of arrogance because people will make the party in the t1 dungeon and just run the same party all the way into ark of arrogance

first, upgrading your tier 1 gear above +15 is a waste of mats, you just need 600 ilv to jump to the next continent and get completely new gear, Yorn is the place to go and you get new items there for tier 2, 802 base
