Swiftness bard is known to have mana issues if you literally cast everything off cd.

So there are a number of ways to mitigate this:

Conviction/judgment runes will give you a periodic buff to mana regen

Making sure you always have your personal mana regen buff up if one exists (for bars this is heavenly tune)

Not casting everything off cd

SH is only particularly strong early because of people comparatively speaking not buying gems above lvl 5 and not seriously upgrading their tripods early on, but at 1445 you can earn a relic set of armor and start getting tripod loot from chaos at reasonable rate, I dont think she will stay far stronger if you invest a little bit

but if you just want low investment 1445 alt it's technically not a terrible choice at all, especially if you enjoy her, one could argue a support is also not a bad choice, because you will have much easier time doing your weekly raids on support, no gatekeeping will ever happen and you also can invest low and still be fine

honestly I'm finding my 1445 communication overflow charming set summoner is actually doing quite well for this level of investment too, for what that's worth

every single class is perfectly viable to play from beginning to end, no class is at the point of being so weak it deals negative damage and cant clear a raid due to lack of damage

all classes feels a bit cluncky until later where you have more stats and your relic set, some feel worse than others

but they're not unplayable
