Lost Ark is a game where the more alts you have, the faster you can progress on one char to reach endgame since the tradable mats you get can be used on alts. So, if you start in 4 months, when artist comes out, you're gonna have it real real hard to actually be effective, for the most QoL you want skill points, runes, materials to hone high fast, gold to hone, silver for a pletora of things, engraving books ready for her to roll out day 1, all of those are time gated, some take months to complete, so the earlier you start playing, the more prepared you can be for the actual fun content, instead of just walking thru a desert filled with bots.

The usual maximum chars people have for maximum efficiency is 6, those are the ones that can get gold weekly from legion raids (end game) and abyss dungeons, more than that is just if you want and like to play more things, they still gather daily materials but they also cost a bit to gear properly and level up etc

Thats not really skyrocketing.
But there was a bot ban wave Im fairly sure. The amount of playwrs online went from 3xxk to 1xxk

Meaning much less gems supply as thats what bots are farming gold on recently

Also the fact that you can only list 20 things a day makes lower gems cost more as people just fuse before selling

Hey guys! I bought some gold (yes yes I know...) and I was trying to buy some cool cosmetics for my Deathblade, but I cannot purchase anything because it says it's insufficient. Is this a known bug or did I perhaps do something wrong? I need the "Restrained Chest & Pants" for my Deathblade like... now! :P

P.S also worth noting that I'm a returning player and perhaps they changed something, so that I need to do something extra in order to get the gold I purchased? Idk...
