It's all got to do with redundancy vs ceiling.

Higher crit is redundancy, but 7% less crit with 7/14% more damage when you do crit balances out or performs better.

Assuming you already have decent crit %.

Then you add crit party synergy on top and you see that more damage is just better.

If you're a full swiftness class with 0 crit, LoS isn't worth it until maybe 30x.

From what I've seen, that depends on the class and their attacks. For classes with a high single hit then high crit is more important or you do no damage. Multi-hit and you can afford to not crit once or twice as an example.

Powerpass do the story progression for you instantly
for e.g. using a north vern pp(also known as Vern Powerpass) will finish everything upto north vern storyline including the main vern quest. and give you appropriate gear

you can buy powerpasses for example punika powerpass will instantly get your character to 1302 and give it gear and accessories

a free option is called knowledge transfer accessible from your stronghold. the drawback is you need to do it in order, so you knowledge transfer to vern, after 8 hours you get same effect as normal powerpass.
THEN you start playing and upgrading your character to next story ilvl aka 460 then again knowledge transfer of rohendel after 8 hours u arrive there.

and the cycle repeats until u reach your goal

So you will actually have to play the game between the knowledge transfers to upgrade your character to need ilvl.
also when you knowledge transfer a character on rohendel or higher(460+) the next char have to do the quest line manually so the third one can knowledge it. 1 0 1 0 1 like that

her skills are fast enough, you fly all over the place, she has the mobility, and if you're hunger you have swift already, a good chunk, if you're lunar you want to burst as much damage as possible, spirit abs doesnt help with damage at all
