no, if anything you need 45 but probably less, could only be your item lvl but I also doubt that. I guess you could try to kill mobs and equip gear that they drop if it's better than yours

You will likely get stuck at 500 ilvl, then again at 1000ish ilvl. You can open a couple of those bags to push past that bottleneck.

I dont understand the logic here. It's 25% to succeed, how is it not optimal to use it on the negative effect? What is the reasoning behind the top bar being the best option?
