If you disconnect to server page, its normal. AGS just cant handle their servers. Everyone is dc'ing left and right. A lot of time you get freezes before you get kicked.

No, I’d suggest watching some YouTube videos on engravings and how they work. Think Saintone, ZealsAmbitions, and maybe ATK have guides on them.
