The honing buffs just mean that if you follow that guide, you could potentially just finish t1 in a day

If you wanted to do it “as fast as possible” that’s just literally buying a punika powerpass as a new player

You can use that in combination with a honing calculator (which will be 100% accurate for t1 and t2) to work out how much you need to do

i think the thing here is that he is yet to get some muscle memory from the fights, learning and understanding basic patterns is the key to be able to use less pots, yes you have mitigation and heals from your supports, but the healing is not obligatory, you better buff your other 2 dpses than healing 1 person who gets hit a lot

so in the end, he just needs to keep playing and learning to not use as many pots, nothing more nothing less
