I obtain the white ( Glorious ) with the pass.

I put the White in the skin storage, and is there, happy and healty, i can take it back, mix and match with my others skins.
But in the moment i have put the Black Version i buy form the market, in the storage
This is disappear.
The skin number on top, register the skin presence in my invenctory, but the skin is not there.
I check all my invenctoryes, i double, triple check the soster skin storage and the bound one, streaming with friends asking help for find it back
but the skin is NOT THERE.

I send a tiket to the support, they fast reply to me, but they said:
''I have checked and confirmed that it's still on your account.
Kindly head on to your stronghold/any npc that provides access to your storage and check your skin storage there.''

THE SKIN IS NOT IN THERE.

I dont know what to do, i spend 20k gold for that skin and i cant buy back, is not a ''gold problem '' but thats annoy me to much.
I reply to the tiket say the same things i told u once more and i put some screenshot about my skin storage, waiting for them to reply me, but 2 day are passed and they didnt reply me ._.

compass is well compass, timed you can enter as many as you want if it spawns, capture events is one time per roster per week per island usually during weekends

there're only 2 timed PVP islands i can think of Death Hold and Illusion you can seach the map and hover mouse over the island to see when it spawns

thats capture events then, the date depends on the winner guild they usually pick Weekends cuz more participant = more gold for them there're Medeia and Slime you can participate in both

i mean gotta wait til at least after weekly reset for the winner guild to be able select the date lol but yea weekends is when to look for
