i think for reaper specifically, the biggest bulk of the stagger comes from glowing brand, so if you put overwhelm on it (i do), then it's probably somewhere middle of the pack like 5 or so... otherwise it'll be pretty bad

at the very least i don't see reaper being better at stagger than stuff like zerk and glaivier

Well you can do brelshaza gate 1-2 and have enough materials to craft a piece and it'll put you to 1497.5 iirc. And then you can push that piece at a higher honing rate

basically, you want your sorc to be, at the very least, 1385, the reasons being:
1- You will get a powerpass after completing punika and Berver's Friend purple quest, instant 1302 for an alt, that alt being summoner
2- honing buff from stronghold for alts 1302>1370
3- higher gold income and mat generation for when your summoner comes, making it easier to hone and faster

you're free to upgrade your sorc to 1385 to be ready for summoner, go to Yorn, clear, do chaos dungeon and get new tier 2 armors and weapon, hone those 802 base to 960 to do feiton, clear feiton, keep honing to 1100 (+15), clear punika, clear ALL purple quests up till Berver's friend, get the punika powerpass, suffer with the drops from chaos dungeon for new gear base 1302, hone to +15, you'll reach 1370, you now gotta do abyss hard dungeon and argos raid to get mats to craft legendary armor, hone transfer your +15 to legendary, you will get +6 legendary, hone that to +9, get the stronghold research for alts and you're ready for summoner
