I believe so, yes. Your T2 transfer should give you a +1 on your T3. I'm not sure if it's changed though since I last did it in like April.. A lot of things have changed..

I need some suggestions as a new player. I'm struggling to find a character to main. I've tried out Sorc, DB, Pally, and Artillerist so far. Out of those I've really enjoyed Sorc because of her damage but also like Pally and the idea of being able to support my team. After your 1302 chaos dungeon gear is honed upto 1370 (+15 all around), you'll farm the Argos raid and Oreha's Well dungeon for legendary gear. Then you'll need to hone that gear upto 1445, to get to our current gear, Relic Gear.

The whole Phys Def, Mag Def, and Vitality stuff is all static stats that go up with honing, so you don't have to worry about that. The stats you do have to worry about are the Bonus Effects on your accessories (necklace, earrings and rings). The Bonus Effects (Swiftness/Crit/Spec) are what effect your class and their abilities.

There's no meta in the game, all classes are viable at all points in the game, it's just different levels of investment to each one, support requires low investement, is easier to get into groups and easier to play and learn the raids which is why it's recomended for new players

Their skills are also wildly different. Its wardancer and striker who share a lot of skills although are used completely differently. I would suggest watching them in action in a raid like valtan or vykas to see how they play. Obviously not perfect but it gives you a basic understanding of how they do their rotations or play.
