i just don't know how much damage you lack by having your weapon sit 15ilvls below where it needs to be
idk if its like the whole 1415 cheese where the massive overgear on one piece makes up for it from raw value of main stat

only thing i'd say if you are doing this method, with keeping your weapon low, is that the piece you need to leave at 20 then transfer to brel needs to be your gloves

its just how many dest stones you save doing your method rather tahn weapon to 22

the other downside you have to consider
is that with the 5x 22 and 1x 21 piece, you're ready to go to brel 5-6 before the content drops
you just clear and transfer and you're at 1520

with your position, because you have to hone that brel piece, you could get fucked on the day
so you just need to make sure you're got the mats to pity stockpiled

The thing with Engravings is that it's the most visible part of your build when people look at your profile in party finder, so it's heavily emphasized.

The reality is that engravings are just 1 part of your overall damage and there are many other things you have to bring up to speed to be truly endgame. Things like going beyond lvl 7 gems, getting good weapon quality, getting LoS 18, getting good +% dmg to demons, getting full tripods

If you divided what contributes to your overall dps into a pie chart, your engravings probably only make up 25% of that

So yes, Akkan is perfectly doable with 5x3 relic. Will a lobby be easy to find? that's harder to say
