uhh the class balance patch coming next week depends on a class there're like 3 class engravings that got 'reworked' only those who affected by this are arty, arcana, and gunslinger i think. they usually have their class engraving at lvl1 cuz using lvl3 isnt much of a dps increase or not at all so now its perform better if you have it at lvl3 instead of being mostly useless but leaving it at 1 is still totally fine
