Do both of those quests, as for alts most of the materials you drop from dailies are 'unbound' and the unbound materials can be put in the roster storage and can be used by any of the characters you have, and later in the endgame your alts are your main sources of gold

It also allows you to enjoy different classes and playstyles

whatever method you choose, you still always just have to roll the dice and pray to the rng gods that your pug aren't all absolute clowns, and theres no real way to guarantee they're not

Anyway it is the nature of the class. A lot of spec classes are burst classes which means that there are a few skills which concentrate the damage. Two spec classes are also transform classes which are also unique in only needing one damage gem for all of their damaging skills. Once you go into swiftness/crit classes, you are normally looking at consistent damage classes which need to cycle through all of their skills quickly and do damage with all of them

So yes, given gems give a huge damage boost (40% at level 10) you can’t not have them if you are playing swiftness and want to optimise your damage

Basically, Argos is one big raid, you have to run the 3 gates at once if you want maximum profit, you can leave whenever if your group desires, its a vote group, there's also a vote group on either get rewards or not, if you dont take the rewards after leaving, you can try again (you start at gate 1), if you do take rewards before finishing gate 3, you're locked for the week.

Then we have legion raids, after you finish one gate you can open up a chest if you so desire (or save the raw gold), your progression is saved on that gate if your group disbands, so once you enter again, you have to get a group for gate 2 (or 3), if someone hasnt cleared gate 1 they cant join you

Entropy is for back/head attack and is completely bonkers for damage

Nightmare/salvation/hallucination are kind of a wash? All give similar overall DPS boosts. Nightmare helps with mana and hallucination with crit. Salvation is more qol but otherwise is a bit behind the other two

Dominion is for specialised swiftness builds (so you have low awakening cd to proc the set bonus) which abuse it for its general benefits for other skills

on the late medusa, the hardmode one, 2-1 doesn't look at the first medusa, after that she'll do a second, and if she has any wings out, 2-1 will turn and look at her
