So altho a t2 lvl 4 gem says +12% damage, if you're in t3, it only gives 50% effectiveness, so +6% damage

But what do you mean by Brel ready? People are “Brel ready” at different points depending on what gates they want to do. If you are literally already 1520 then sure, I guess you aren’t honing at all any more, but even then the fused leaps have some value because honing upper Brel gear can utilise them. If you are 1575, yeah, even less point. This guys main is below clown. The fused mats and normal mats are absolutely worth. Even for alts I would say the final chest is worth because the fused leap value is so high considering how many you are getting (20-30 I think from Valtan/vykas?) - even in worst case scenarios that’s 1000-2000 gold in value for taps. I’ve got plenty of free taps on parked alts that way. You eventually want to push alts to Brel to get mats anyway.
