You listed a desired transaction.
If nobody wants to pay that many crystals for that amount of gold then your transaction simply won't happen and you'll get the gold back at the end.

You should not do this on random cards at first, but there is no harm in using the exp cards. They get stored in a bank that holds up to 999,999,999 exp
