their only purpose in life is to be used as tripod food, have you already set your favorite tripods?

clearly not, check it in "Settings"

click the little tripod under the skills to keep track of your important skills so you can level them up and increase your damage overall (some cant be leveled)

for a list for your class, you could check maxroll

you should also check a guide on how tripod library works (its getting reworked soon, but you should learn it anyway, easier time when the new one comes)

The red tooltip can be a bit confusing, but it essentially means all 6 possible characters to collect gold on have collected gold, so you can't gain gold on any 7th+.
The tooltip might also trigger when you've collected on 5, unsure. It's a bit odd in any case.

the only reason to change mains is because you want to change.
although a 9/7 is incredibly rare, a lot of classes don't actually benefit hugely from it, as most lvl1 engravings are trash. its not such an incredible boost that its made out to be

ye, tier 1 hone your 302 gear up to +15 all, get to 600, do yorn, get tier 2 gear which is 802 and hone again all to +15, get to 1100, then you can clear punika main story, clear ALL purple quests and then you get the powerpass, no need to be 1302 (but you can get there if you do chaos dungeon and get lucky)
