The ideal setup in other games is normally one experienced raid lead explaining it, and the rest players that read mechanics and watched videos in advance.
- Should me and my friend not bother and just buy p1-p3 buses until 1400 when we can run all 3 phases? Or higher than 1400?

You can't really progress LWC30 with the Challenger packs.
Solas only matters for LWC12, as he'll be max by the time you max the Legendaries in the set for LWC30.
And since LWC30 is the only one that matters for supports you really shouldn't spend challenger packs for Solas on supports.

i haven't heard of a learning discord sadly, so the only way is to try and party finder, which is extremely rare, either create a party yourself or just plain buy busses for the time being until you hit 1400, they are worth

for me it's not so much about it being worth it gold-wise. we'll get buses until we craft our 5-piece, sure. But we just started so we're far behind of the newest content anyway and not in a rush. I'd rather miss out on gold for a bit longer but learn the fight and mechs well. I'd gladly wipe on it and judge myself if it's "stupid easy". And then once I know Argos well and can beat it at ~ ilvl move ahead to Valtan etc.
Sadly I can't find enough people for it, and I don't know where to look. There must be other Mokokos, right? And maybe one generous soul that wants to spend 1h watching mokokos wipe on it.

Then I need this color, or that one" a few times myself. Make a mistake once, see someone else make another mistake, wipe a bit and get the clear.
I've been doing endgame raiding in other games for years, and teaching raids are common. On the other hand, there's no limitation of only being able to do the raid once in a week, and that seems like a problem for learning. Unless the teacher is beyond the level of getting Argos rewards anyway.

obviously there is also t1 and t2 Tower which gives alot of level up mats too. but it will still take a few days due to chaos rng for t2 and t3 gear drops.

if your game freeze mid cast, the cast will continue after your game unfreeze. it wont finish the cast while you game is frozen.
also you being frozen doesnt mean the boss/mobs are frozen so they can still atk you

The other ship is in all major ports at once. But different ports offer different items.
Also, there are only 2 different sets of items per ports, so you usually don't need to wait long to get what you want.

yes, 140%, which is the max move speed in raids and such, is the sweet 18% dmg increase
that's why swiftness classes usually use raid cap, or classes that increase their move speed constantly

and gets into groups super easily, gunlancer has some team shielding and support but not as much and they sometimes get into groups as pseudosupport

If you dislike playing healer I wouldn’t recommend playing paladin. He is a very simple and straightforward class and if you dont get any joy out of healing and supporting peeps you gonna get bored real quick

Generally people go to an orb to reducr their meter (usually the one at 3 o'clock, then everyone focuses stagger and just timestop the explosion.) Generally pugs dont do the mech they just timestop.

A lvl 10 damage gem is about 3x the price of a lvl 10 cd gem
Ex: lvl 9 gems are 180k each, so thats 540k for a roll.
Lvl 10 damage 800k and lvl 10 cd 260k.
A damage would be 260k profit while a cd would be a 280k loss
(Those are fictive prices, just an example)
