and 4x3 with leg rings is almost as good as 4x3 with relics. I would probably straight upgrade 4x3 leg rings -> 5x3, or at least make sure the relic rings you get will be used with your eventual 5x3. the class engraving relics are the bulk of the 5x3 cost along with the books
and the output difference between leg and relic is some hp, about 2% base damage, and up to 20 stat (though in reality might be the same since if you're opting for class engraving relic rings, you probably will compromise on quality, so roughly same as high qual legendary)

Costs are only that crazy if you wanna stay at the bleeding edge, the top 1% of players.
If you're okay with doing Akkan Normal for a few weeks you'd pay probably less than half of that.
Devs put in a lot of catch-up mechanics, like loss in transfer efficiency when going above +20 on your gear.

You can use the Training Room for skill testing etc, but the Training Area is for the different systems in the game.

stronghold look at a guide (maxroll), cards look for a guide (even if its not really complicated), and engravings do indeed look for a guide (youtube or maxroll)

we think its easy but its because we've been playing for months, when i was new (never played kr, ru, jp) i actually had it hard trying to absorb everything
and no, ingame tutos are not really good for some things

1302 -> blue, chaos dungeons. 1370 -> you need to replace it with argos/hm oreha gear. 1445 -> replace with relic gear
oh, you're really early in. you'll get your first set of upgradeable gear at 302, and you need to upgrade it to 600
then you get a new set which starts at 802 and you upgrade it to 1100, then my stuff above
