PhysX is a physics engine used in many games (it's the default in Unity games for example).
Nvidia owns PhysX, so any engine files are provided by them. There are also PhysX drivers to accelerate computation in some games, but that's more and more rare, games tend to provide their own runtimes now. The file is prpbably tied to some old installed version, and the game doesn't like that.

not worth, i would say best bet is equip acc with Class +3 and correct stats from those Raid. Then do x2 +9 books, (one of them is Premptive Strike) then do same stone with book’s engravings, focus get Strike +6 on the stone. thats cheapest way, non pheons cost. then you will have 3-3-2 or 3-3-3 if you lucky in cutting stone

e.g. a Deadeye that build specs gets additional Skill Damage. Damage to foes would be better.
e.g. if you have low tripod skills - Skill Damage is probably better. Until you have maxed out tripods - dmg to foes might be better

Tripods apply in Siege. for normal PvP islands, if you get reduced stats pretty sure they dont apply - everyone get the same lvl1 tripods
