There's only a certain selection that's worth something, usually the engravings that have very expensive books. And never just 1x useful, always 2x have to be good.

That's a good point tbh, but I've seen things like spec/fortitude x2 Epic stones (T3) go from anywhere of 20-80g. Not to mention similar things with Rare/Epic T3 accessories.

In fact, I've been selling a literal ton of Epic stones lately because I saw how easy they were to price.

Don't bother with other engravings. It's at 1370 and up that you need to start gearing up engravings.
Before that you're fine with two class engraving books equipped.
Just facet any random ability stone you get dropped for the HP bonus.

Once you get to 1370 and do Oreha/Argos you'll get guaranteed +3 class engraving accessories dropped. Equip 5 of these for 15 nodes of your class engraving. Then just equip 2 books of a different engraving for 2x3.
Then once you reach 1415 you can go for a 6/6 rock, which you combine with two +9 engravings, which gets you a total of 3x15 nodes, for 3xlvl3.

the main universal core DPS in the engravings are:

1). Grudge (the best in-game).
2). Cursed Doll (gr8 on zerker, otherwise pretty gr8 still).
3). Keen Blunt Weap. (only if you have 60%+ crit perma only tho).
4). Adrenaline (if your class has crit / uses low cd's).

beyond that, you got specific universal modifier ones:

-Ambush Master (back attack +25%) / Master Brawler (25%+ damage to the front).
-Hitmaster (16% from all sides) if you have neither of the above modifiers.
-Barricade (16% while shielded) if you're shielded almost perma.

Honestly, I like how Maxroll is recommending engravings; they list some good 3-5 starting engravings and then have a separate "Advanced Engravings" section for Cursed Doll and Grudge, making it clear that it's not for using before you're very good with your class.

Do the Mokoko event. Should get you 50gold per day, with a chance at way more if you're lucky. You can find it on the sea map by searching for "Maharaka".
There's also a daily Adventure Island that gives gold on some days (~2 per week or so). Open Procyon's Compass(icon under the minimap) to see which ones are up today.

There's no point in doing Chaos Dungeons in a group. Those are way more efficient to run on your own with a decent build. Look at the Maxroll build for a good starting point: https://lost-ark.maxroll.gg/build-guides/sorceress-chaos-dungeon-cube-guide

Then later once you get to (itemlevel) i340 you can start doing Abyss Dungeons, which will give a little bit of gold where you're at now and will be the main source of gold later in the game. Most of these are a significant bit harder than other content, so you'll wanna glance at a guide before doing them. But the first 6 dungeons are pretty easy, so you might get lucky and get carried by a high level player.

They'll give us at least 2 weeks notice before they update to the new system. I believe they confirmed that in some statement.

The update has already hit KR, so we know what it will look like. Tripods on your gear will just be REMOVED. Only tripods saved to your inventory will remain, and these will be transferred directly, i.e: 100% chance to learn. That's why you prepare your inventory in advance; after the update your chances of learning tripods will be 10-20% (still better than current gear transfer which is 5-10%).

After you're done with North Vern you'll get 2 powerpasses, which let you make 2 new characters and skip them to the same point in the story.
Can recommend doing this as quick as possible, cuz the more characters you have the more gold and honing materials you gain (Abyss Dungeons give gold and can be done once per character up to 6 chars).
Do rested Una Tasks/Chaos Dungeons/Guardian Raids if you wanna save time; you get 2 entries daily into these and each unused entry converts to 10 rest, at 20 rest you get -20 rest and double rewards next time you run. So you can run these every 3 days for double the rewards per time.
Once you've used the powerpasses just go as far as you can in the MSQ(Main Story Quest), then keep doing the grind-loop of daily/weekly activities for gear level upgrades (I recommend activating the tracker on the right side in the Escape menu).
