All of my crits has +50% dmg but theres a chance that my NORMAL attacks deal -20% or ALL of my attacks including crits deal -20%?
So that basically means if my crit rate is high enough theres a chance my crit attacks would deal +30% or +50%?

I am trying to understand if I have 100% crit rate for example if my attacks would always deal more damage including the penalty

I'm pretty sure it applies to all attacks, but it's a low percentage chance (like 10% iirc). I think it works at a separate calculation stage, so the crit damage increase you get from it will remain at 50% (but bear in mind +50% crit damage doesn't mean your crits deal 50% more damage - most of the time that'll be +25% damage on crits objectively)

before being reduced by other factors if any exist like argos set etc

because the base for crit damage is 200%, so if that gets increased to 250%, it's an increase of 50/200 = 25%

like if you did 10 damage beforehand, you did 10 * 2 = 20 on a crit, after you do 10 * 2.5 = 25, (25 - 20) / 20 = 5/20 = 25% damage increase

Both me and my friend are having an issue with LA in which we have reached the gear score for Vykas NM and I am one level on my armor from HM while my friend has already achieved it. Yet we can't even find a group for normal mode that isn't asking for title/reclears/etc. It's frustrating to say the least, I don't want to be that asshole that rolls in not really know what's going on, but we aren't really left with many options. Do we just join a group we don't fit the "requirements" for or is there another way?

TBH, you could make like 15k gold for similar crystal costs if you spend the RC on summer skins and just do some manual questing and KT.

The most efficient route is:
KT NVern, hone to i600(skip Rohendel), buy T2 gear off AH, hone to i960(skip Yorn), do Feiton manually and finally KT Punika. The Punika KT also clears the skipped continents.
Just do some Tower for honing mats.

It's just that the first Tower run on your roster is all the unique items. All subsequent runs on alts give only T1/T2 mats.
