Punika + South Vern give a lot of XP, silver, and T3 rewards. Plus card packs too. So these are worth manually going thru instead of skipping.

Just play the game the way you like it and at your own pace, will be more enjoyable that way

The hardest bottleneck is usually shards and greater leaps anyways which you mostly earn in bound form
You can still progress at a decent rate with just 1 character
Allthough alts will certainly help, i would only recommend making them if you think you'll have fun playing them

just skipa ll side quests in luterra, when u finish luterra go to arthetine directly and and do all side and main quests because arthetine gives high exp, then when u finish arthetine you should be level 50 and you can go to vern, finish vern quickly then use knowledge transfer or powerpass so the contents you skipped will be completed

No. You still have to progress through each "tier" of content. You have to hit the required ilvls to even buy those things on the market, which means you have to do T1 content (302 ilvl to 600 ilvl) then T2 content (802 ilvl to 1100 ilvl) and progress into T3 content (1302+ ilvl)

well it's just math, from 1370 to 1415 each hone is +5 per item, and since you have 6 pieces you divide by 6 or +0.83
from 1415 onwards each hone is +15 so each item is +2.5
