1370 means you'll be doing P1(Phase 1).
Going to later phases means you'll take like 50-200% extra damage from attacks when you're underleveled.
Also, a portion of your attacks will be blocked, so you deal little damage.

P2 requires 1385
P3 requires 1400

When you enter Argos, its all phases, but lobbies can decide to stop after a certain phase and just get the loot up to there. Like Arsonistic said it increases in ilv req and you'll take more dmg for 2nd and 3rd phase

Splendid pack:

Fearless Knight offers the highest chance of Allegro and potentially the highest chance of Solas, with Strong Courage being the other possibility, depending on how the RNG works. Only go for Solas if you need him for the 12-piece, he'll be at max already by the time you max out the legendary cards in the set(for the 30-piece). Dawning Leaf and Harmonious Sea are the other 2 top options.

Kinda crap. Focus on doing Chaos Dungeon/GRaid instead.

Doing the waterfight event that happens every 2h gives 50-200 Leaves based on your placement+50 if your team wins.

You can’t do raids until 1370 which is Argos, and legion raids start at 1415.

For more than 2x3 engravings you need to use accessories. Once you reach 1370 it's easy to get 3x3 by just equipping 5x accessories with your class engraving, since Argos and Oreha drop guaranteed class engraving accessories.
5 accessories with 3 class engraving gives you 15 points, making you get your third lvl3 engraving :)

Before 1370 it's pretty common for people to just equip 2xClass engraving books and use any stone if they don't wanna spend gold/pheons on stones.
2x9 is 18 so you're above the 15 points needed to reach a lvl3 engraving.
