you hone 1302 armor to 1370 yes

By honing your 1302 gear to +15, it'll be 1370. At that point you unlock Argos and Oreha Hm, giving you the mats to craft the 1340 gear

I honestly need someone to answer me this: I have 1 main (sorc) at 1470, and a second main I'm gonna replace with my sorc at 1420 (arcana). I have about 20k guardian stones and around 3k destruction stones (and around 400 normal honor leapstones). Should I save these mats for my arcana (lacking some honor shards atm) to keep pushing, or spare some of the stones and get my 2 alts at 1355 to 1370? - What would be the best course of action?
