Palpatine is probably most damage but instacast is right behind it. I use a build similar to the insta ed one but replace ed with blaze.
Got a build from the guide maker in sorc channel. Copy it if you want a fun build to play.
Palpatine gives burst vibes because you spam a few skills while you build rime arrow stacks and then hold palpatine down for a chunk of dmg. Insta is old t3 sorc. Spam spam spam spam never stop spam.

the red patterns are heavily telegraphed and can be predicted before it pops up, and they're not too common, failing to dodge
prediction is extremely telegraphed, failing to dodge x2
imprisonment stagger is failing to dodge x3
