Unfortunately not. It can be really hard to get into. There is a lot to learn and a lot to do to make your character appealing for group raiding. But there are events like the current power pass (story skip) and express event (progression boost) that make it much easier to start.
We have a ton of guides in #guides-and-info & you can always ask questions in #lost-ark-help. We have a lot of commands in help chat to link info/guides to make it easier.

in igniter case (since thats the only burst class i did nightmare on so far) you COULD T rotation burst first, cancel and use the refund to get bar early in 2nd bar and still fit a normal burst before timer runs out
then do the same thing and get another T rotation in 3rd
