Most of the people 1720 aren't done with ah40, all that's gonna happen is that they will be forced to do ah40 with the new mats which would be more expensive than the old mats (SG actively chose not to even design that so it forces people to have a specific level of gear before transfering)

You even get serca mats at 1710

so even less of a problem

you just stockpile mats and transfer it once you hit 1730, complaining for the sake of complaining at this point

Like the scrolls, why couldnt we already be getting them from HM Echi and Kaz? Why do they have to START dropping at Serca only. It's always like this, with books too. The rewards are just always so delayed and strange. It's honestly weird af.
