RMTing is an industry wide issue that AGS isn't going to solve by its lonesome. They could have absolutely been more heavy handed, probably needed to. Sure.

Alt rosters is...that is just an issue with how accounts work differently, technically, in our regions compared to South Korea. But even then players over in South Korea do still have alt rosters, its just more of a task to do it. Whats their face? Some content creator, cannot remember the name, had like 4 accounts or some shit in KR and was one of the people mad over the 6 char limit on gold earning.

it is, but granting ppl 3 strikes instead of perma on first rulebreak and seeing trash accs being sold for millions on end for 3 years didnt exactly help. there were close to zero attempts to get ahead of the situation.

not nearly as much of a problem compared to our version. which causes a whole lot of issues in itself with the way the game progresses. gatekeeping standards, events not as juiced as they could be, weird restrictions that affect other real players, concepts like ignite getting sunset etc etc

Yeah, but the alt accounts thing is an unfortunate byproduct of how KR has more stringent account creation policies than the west does. They tie other things beyond just an email to account creation. That is not the case in the US or in many other places, so people can just make infinite Steam accounts. Granted it is still not a ton of people who do this, but this is also not something you can just lay completely on AGS. Its the same with botting. A lot of things were done to the game to combat it, just like a lot is done to many other MMORPGs to circumvent botting issues. Or mitigate them.
