Kazeros Raid was always going to be a bit weird, since they had to shoehorn it into being the MSQ/Ark that defeats him.
Raid was about getting the Lost-Ark/Key back from him, which you do and then Vairgrys keeps him at bay.
Just delivered a bit wonky (and voices were screwed up at initial launch).
