2. Increase drop-rate from all sources by at least 2x what it is now, (hell make it 10x because 10x of 0 is still 0).
3. Put in Account Bound Weekly Book's that you can buy 10x and get random, ye, random blabla, but It's like a mini-frost/fire hell box per week so you have a chance for SOMETHING slowly.
