I gotta admit, the game is kinda ruined now that I died for the first time, as I play all games on hardcore.
In particular, in Flowering Orchard - the traveling circus area - a challenge enemy instantly killed me as Paladin at lvl 35. And I mean instantly multiple times, so you can't even discern the death mechanic.
I was under the impression the game wasn't designed like that, but I guess it is.
