you can count wind of music shield tripod but your DPS has to be sniffing your ass for them to get the shield. If it was a much wider range it would be a lot better

Range on hopper is much larger than wom shield, and u can control the direction. wom shield is 1 actuation, that's it.

On any other support (other than artist), I can top my DPS off with shield and DR while being far away. On bard, if you wanna top them off with shield you have to:
Rhapsody and that's it. Run to them and use wom shield + rhapsody, or awaken. Just seems stupid.
