the created gap between lucky and unlucky players is way too massive.
being lucky in hell can boost your char progression like nothing else ever did in this game
but it can also give you just NOTHING useful at all.
some chars can have 10k abidos fusions, some chars end up having 110 accessory chests because the other 2 chests were even more useless.

please! lower the chance for these terrible "tiny-jumps"
seriously... if it has a chance of 25% aaany key is not really a 5-jump key, but a 4-jump-key
because statistically from every key 1 jump is guaranteed a tiny jump.

getting only 1 level by a tiny jump is really nerve-destroying and player-unfriendly.
at least make it a minimum of 4 or 5 levels.

please make the rewards increase %ually by any level, not only every 10 levels. half the time we end up with level x8 or x9.
or at least make it increase every 5 levels.

only 3 chests for such a huge pool of possible rewards are just way too less and insanely annoying.
the chances for the crap rewards are just too high.
so frustrating when you do your 3 keys and you end up with having senseless crap out of all 3 and this now already for 3 followup weeks.
most of the time you have like "accessory" "bracelet" "elysian ticket"

give us an option to pick 1 reward that is removed from the reward pool.
or
give us always 4 chests and the chest +1 gives 5 chests then.

remove the "rocket jump" from the reward table when you are already on the last floor

because statistically from every key 1 jump is guaranteed a tiny jump.

getting only 1 level by a tiny jump is really nerve-destroying and player-unfriendly.
at least make it a minimum of 4 or 5 levels.

please make the rewards increase %ually by any level, not only every 10 levels. half the time we end up with level x8 or x9.
or at least make it increase every 5 levels.

only 3 chests for such a huge pool of possible rewards are just way too less and insanely annoying.
the chances for the crap rewards are just too high.
so frustrating when you do your 3 keys and you end up with having senseless crap out of all 3 and this now already for 3 followup weeks.
most of the time you have like "accessory" "bracelet" "elysian ticket"

give us an option to pick 1 reward that is removed from the reward pool.
or
give us always 4 chests and the chest +1 gives 5 chests then.

remove the "rocket jump" from the reward table when you are already on the last floor

remove the wealth crap. nobody needs this

in the current state hell can make your char insanely rich or it can give you only senseless crap for weeks!
the created gap between lucky and unlucky players is way too massive.
being lucky in hell can boost your char progression like nothing else ever did in this game
but it can also give you just NOTHING useful at all.
some chars can have 10k abidos fusions, some chars end up having 110 accessory chests because the other 2 chests were even more useless.
