that's where repeatable endgame content comes in, problem is raids are too locked down for gold inflation reasons
could literally do a guild points like system where playing the game racks up contribution points and you get a weekly gold payout based on it.
newest endgame raid gives more points-
and it's capped at a certain amount.

The issue with evergreen is when the game is well into it's life cycle and someone just now joins that game, there's a mountain of stuff to do.
Which isn't bad. A lot of content is great. But catchup mechanics need to exist for those older systems.
Lost ark is terrible at realizing this.
