ROz, this all depends on what raid, what grp, etc.
You can't expect to join something like "Reclear" or "HW" And be first-timer's, that's what Learning groups are for.
There are Discord, Guilds, General Groups, Solo until End Game (This also teaches you some of the fundamental's) and try and add people you enjoy playing with overtime you'll have people you can ask to learn you raids.
Lost Ark is like any and all mmo's, imagine trying to be fresh and joining High Mythic Key in wow?
