Computer crashes X minutes while playing Lost Ark and YouTube video/Spotify on 2nd monitor. GPU is at 66c & 42% usage on computer crash.
Entire computer freezes when this happens. Then the computer reboots into an "Preparing Automatic Repair" loop. It keeps rebooting itself and going into "Preparing Automatic Repair" > "Diagnosing your PC" infinite loop.
Only way out of this loop is to completely unplug the power cable, wait a little bit - plug it back in and turn on the computer. At that point I can get boot into Windows.
Event Viewer shows the following Critical/Errors:
Kernel-Power Event ID: 41
"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."
volmgr Event ID: 162
The volmgr Event ID: 162 stopped happening after doing the last troubleshooting step listed below. And now the error I get that is coupled with Kernel-Power Event ID: 41 is listed below:

What I have attempted via troubleshooting:
-FurMark GPU Test
-Disabled Hardware acceleration in Firefox
-Tried a different powerstrip and different wall outlets (in the same room)
-Set the GPU at 85% power limit in MSI Afterburner
-Monitored 12V/5V/3.3V motherboard readings during the crash. No railsag. Voltage rails look solid.
-Noticed there is a EFI System Partition on one of my SSDs that Windows 11 is not installed on.
-Wiped all drivers, including that EFI System Partition and installed Windows via USB.
-Made sure I had updated AMD Chipset drivers. Made sure Windows 11 was completely updated.
-sfc /scannow via CMD did not show any errors.
-Ran DDU in Safe Mode to completely wipe NVIDIA drivers and installed the latest one. Rinse and repeated this with installing a driver that is 1 version behind
-Updated BIOS (it had a prior 2023 version)
-Ran memtest86 4/4 passes. Took 4 hours.

Well I also bought another motherboard. It's sitting right next to me. With a tube of thermal paste. Because everytime you disconnect the cooler from the motherboard, you gotta reapply thermal paste.
I'm trying the PSU only, in the same exact enviorment. If a new PSU solves it, I can return the motherboard.

Yep cause somehow 1 MB screw was to tighten to much and scrapped away metal. lead to Contact which when the PC went to work. So like Gaming or Work stuff it crashed.
We took it out the case booted and tested, worked fine. Back into the Case same error.
