There’s a big difference between just having ur counter usable in ur skill rotation vs ur counter skill being ur synergy skill + attkspd + meter generator for ur orb spender like Drizzle doesn’t NEED to use her counter as part of her dps rotation, igniter and fmh SE both have rotations that take counter but doesn’t HAVE to use it, squall for example is mainly just for adrenaline stack not that important
