Hi, 2 days ago I was falsely perma banned on both of my rosters under the accusation of "botting behavior". I have never cheated or downloaded any cheating program but that is the reasoning they are giving me in my appeal. I have desperately tried everything to contact AGS multiple times but nothing seems to have worked to sort this out and I just can't seem to get a real person to talk to me. Is there a community member that can help me out with this? I've lost hundreds of hours of time and effort for something I absolutely have not done.
I'm aware that these appeals are a one and done deal but this is extremely unfair because I'm unjustifiably banned for something I haven't done and got my rosters, which I even purchase RC on, get permanently removed along with the time I have put into them.

what if that "incentive" part is never there to begin with, the new players put in alot of effort to make a learning pt, on discord/party finder. go into the raid with guides (maybe blind), gets wrecked, goes in another few days and clears the raid. then they make a new static with the same players, and they become experts later
